I found myself taking an extended break from these activities, falling into unhealthy habits like smoking, drinking, and drug abuse.I pursued a path in economics and gained valuable experience working for renowned companies. However, my true passion for health and wellness eventually led me down a different path. With extensive training in coaching, meditation, and neuroscience, I'm here to support you on your journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
